Weekly UpdatesDr. Paul K. Halverson, director and state health officer of the Arkansas Department of Health, has joined the Health Care Industry Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Each council is based in one of four of the bank's offices, located in Memphis, St. Louis, Little Rock and Louisville, Ky.
