Comfort Suites in Springdale under new ownership.( )(Brief article)
Bhikha Hospitality LLC recently purchased the Comfort Suites in Springdale for $3.83 million. The hotel at 1099 Rieff St. was purchased from T.H. Hospitality-Comfort Suites Inc. The hotel was built in 2003 and has a total of 43,344 SF. The hotel has three floors with 69 guest rooms. It includes an indoor pool, an exercise gym, and meeting and banquet facilities. Havinbhai Patel is incorporator/ organizer of Bhikha Hospitality. [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]
