Tom Steves of North Little Rock, a longtime advertising executive and current marketing director for Twin City Bank, was killed May 26 in a motorcycle crash in northern Pulaski County. He was 68. After working with First National Bank in Little Rock for 16 years, he joined Commercial National Bank and remained there until 1981. After operating his own agency for a couple of years, he joined the agency now known as Mangan Holcomb Partners in September 1983 and in 1990 moved to what became Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods. He joined Twin City Bank in 2002.
