I just read Bruce Adamec, Linda Leinicke, and Joyce Ostrosky's article, "6 Cultural Pillars of Successful Audit Departments" (April 2009), which I really enjoyed. It mentions a checklist often ignored in most team set-ups. Addressing these issues from time to time can ensure a productive, high-performance culture. Well done!
