Fulton facility sold.(Brief article)

An industrial property in southwest Little Rock tipped the scales at $1 million.

Buehler Properties LLC, led by Darwin Buehler, bought the Fulton Press project at 5610 W. 65th St. from Claude and Dixie Fulton.

The deal is funded with a 19-year loan of $1.26 million from Arkansas Capital Corp. of Little Rock and a 15-year loan of $400,000 and a five-year loan of $200,000 from the Fultons and Fulton Press Inc.

The 2.78-acre development previously was tied to a September 1994 mortgage of $405,000 held by Twin City Bank of North Little Rock and a July 2005 mortgage of $500,000 held by First Security Bank of Searcy.

The property was acquired for $250,000 in September 1994 from Pulaski Bank & Trust of Little Rock. The bank recovered the property from Burney-Neal Properties, led by Jack Burney and Joe Neal, at a $331,200 foreclosure sale in December 1989.
