A half-acre office site in west Little Rock sold for $160,000

Little Rock Funeral Home Inc., led by Brad Leggett, purchased the property on Knoedl Court. The seller is Knoebl Properties LLC, led by Josh Lane.

The land previously was linked with an April 2006 mortgage of $160,000 from Little Rock's Bank of the Ozarks.

The property was bought more than three years ago as part of a $160,000 deal with the John E. Knoedl Revocable Trust, William Knoedl and The Granberry Revocable Family Trust, led by Charles and Patricia Granberry.

The Knoedl family owned the property for more than 87 years.
