PV residence.(Pleasant Valley neighborhood )(Brief article)
A 4,818-SF home in west Little Rock's Pleasant Valley neighborhood changed hands in a $755,000 deal. Dustin McDaniel and Bobbi Fowler acquired the house from Kay and David Jones. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 from Jonesboro's Liberty Bank of Arkansas. The residence was bought for $539,000 in April 1998 from Robert and Lu Anne Vogel. The property was purchased for $242,000 in February 1984 from Earl Glover Construction Co.
