A 3,500-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock rang up a $600,000 transaction.

Lee and Kristina Raley bought the house from Aaron and Cynthia Salisbury. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a five-year loan of $123,000 from Pulaski Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.

The residence previously was tied to a September 2006 mortgage of $206,400 held by Wells Fargo Bank of Des Moines, Iowa.

The property was purchased for $258,000 more than two years ago from Judith and Turner Harris. The Harris family acquired it for $185,000 in June 2000 from Robert Casey Jones and his wife, Wendy.
