Oaks abode.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)
A 3,756-SF home in The Oaks neighborhood of west Little Rock's Chenal Valley development drew a $585,000 sale. Benjamin and Dorothea Arnold purchased the house from Pickering Inc., led by Mary Pickering. The residence previously was linked with a September 2006 mortgage of $472,000 held by Bank of the Ozarks. The site was bought for $66,000 in August 2003 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.
