Apartment refinance.(Brief article)

The owner of a 184-unit apartment complex in southwest Little Rock landed a $3.5 million funding agreement.

Marshall Management Inc., led by Donald Marshall Jr., obtained the three-year loan from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The 10.3-acre Autumn Park development at 43 Warren Drive previously was tied to a December 2006 mortgage of $3.1 million, a June 2007 mortgage of $100,000 and a December 2007 mortgage of $275,000 held by One Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

Marshall Management acquired the former Huntington Place Apartments in December 2006 at a $2.8 million foreclosure.

The sale was prompted by Keybank of Cleveland securing a $3.18 million judgment against the project's former owner, TUP III Ltd. of Atlanta.
