Church construction.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)


Expansion of a church in southeast Little Rock is in motion with a $900,000 construction loan.

Ironton Baptist Church obtained the one-year loan from Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The 13-acre property at 14718 Ironton Cutoff Road was assembled in four transactions totaling more than $20,000.

The sellers were Pulaski County Special School District, an undisclosed sum in December 1950; Eva Rose, $3,500 in August 1966; Edward and Mary Edmonson, an undisclosed sum in June 1967; and Reynolds Metals Co., $16,000 in August 1986 from Reynolds Metals Co.
