IP INFUSION ACHIEVES SEI CMMI LEVEL3 CERTIFICATION.

IP Infusion, Sunnyvale, Calif., an ACCESS company and provider of intelligent software for Next Generation Network (NGN) equipment that enables service providers to offer state-of-the-art Ethernet services, has announced that the company has been appraised as fully compliant at Maturity Level 3 with Carnegie Mellon's Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model(R) Integration for Development (CMMI(R)) Version 1.2.

The Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI(SM)_A) was conducted for the engineering, support and professional services organizations at IP Infusion. The appraisal was conducted by Beth Layman (partner at Layman and Layman) and the results were announced after the SEI completed its audit processes.
