Divi Resorts is opening Pure Beach, a beachfront, open-air lounge, bar and restaurant with a European beach club aesthetic, at Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach. The Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach (www.diviarubaphoenix.com) is a luxury high-rise resort located on ArubaOs Palm Beach. Pure Beach is open for lunch and dinner, from noon to 10:30 p.m. nightly, and features lounge-style dining, with low tables and chairs, modern white dcor, cool island breezes and a front-row seat to Aruba sunsets. The menu, which features flavors from across the globe, includes dishes such as grouper with mango saffron lemon curry dip as well as gourmet twists on classic dishes like kobe sliders with foie grass mousse and a truffle grilled cheese sandwich. Panama
In November, after one year of the opening of its first establishment in Asuncion (Paraguay), the Argentine hotel chain will inaugurate el Esplendor Denovo Panama, in the capital city of the country. Sol & Luna Lodge-Spa
Sol & Luna Lodge-Spa, located in Urubamba valley, invested USUSD 5 million in the extension of its facilities that will have 15 new luxury small houses, as well as one multipurpose hall with capacity for 150 people. The small houses will be directed to luxury segment and will be added to the 28 bungalows that this hotel currently has.
