Continental Airlines

Continental Airlines said falling demand in the wake of the H1/N1 outbreak wiped an estimated USD30 million from sales in May amid signs that the revenue pressure on U.S. carriers is intensifying. The airline said late Monday that its closely watched revenue per available seat mile, or RASM, fell by between 19.5 percent and 20.5 percent last month. Jun 3, 2009
