Marathon to look into new owners for pulp mill.(IN BRIEF)
The Town of Marathon will assess the viability of new owners to operate the local pulp mill with help from the Ontario government. The Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation is providing $67,500 for a feasibility study on the purchase and operation of the local pulp mill by former employees. The project will also explore alternate uses for the site's infrastructure and equipment.
