Clinard breaks ground on health care facility.(NW Journal: NORTHWEST ARKANSAS STAFF: A Look at News From Northwest Arkansas)


Clinard Construction recently broke ground on a $2.2 million facility for Lifespring Women's Healthcare in Bentonville.

The 11,950-SF facility will be located at 1200 S.E. 28th St. The facility will be a LEED-certified building. (LEED stands for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design.) It will include space for up to five obstetrician/gynecologists and an onsite laboratory.

Construction is expected to be completed by fall. Lifespring will relocate from its current facilities at 2900 Medical Parkway in Bentonville.
