Dickson Street space leased to fitness club.(NW Journal: NORTHWEST ARKANSAS STAFF: A Look at News From Northwest Arkansas)

Clubhaus Fitness Centers Inc. has leased 9,000 SF at 612 W. Dickson St. in Fayetteville and plans to open in September.

Renovations and improvements will be made to the building, which was previously occupied by Hobby Lobby and Piggly Wiggly. Proprietors Stuart and Loyd Walker plan to open a fitness club in the space.

Clubhaus Fitness will follow the sustainable design standards set forth in the LEED for Commercial Interiors rating system.

Building owners are James V. Barnes, Terry J. Barnes and James P. Batcheller. Craig Hull of Hull and Co. represented both parties in the lease transaction. The space was listed at $15 per SF.
