* The North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce is offering a free discount drug card to all residents of central Arkansas who need help paying for prescription drugs. The card is honored at area pharmacies like Kruger, Wal-Mart and Walgreens. The drug card is a private label version of the Arkansas Drug Card, which is for anyone who doesn't have health insurance and for seniors who are spending money on medications in the "doughnut hole" of Medicare (a coverage gap in the Medicare Part D drug program), among others.
