Weekly Updates* Jefferson Regional Medical Center of Pine Bluff has become the first hospital in Arkansas to be recognized by the Healthcare Information & Management System Society as a Stage 6 facility for its implementation of electronic medical records. The society awards the rating to hospitals that have achieved an almost paperless environment and are ready for electronic government quality reporting programs and HIPAA Claims Attachment.
