Weekly Updates* Greg Schaffer of Hot Springs has been named assistant secretary for cybersecurity and communications at the U.S. Homeland Security Department. He previously was senior vice president and chief risk officer for Alltel Communications. He worked in the Justice Department as a computer-crime prosecutor in the late 1990s.
