First Federal Bank of Arkansas, for the fourth year in a row, has won the Employer of the Year Award from the Arkansas Business

* First Federal Bank of Arkansas, for the fourth year in a row, has won the Employer of the Year Award from the Arkansas Business & Professional Women. The award was presented at the organization's ninth annual "Arkansas Women Mean Business" Gala & Awards Banquet at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in North Little Rock. Women make up 83 percent of First Federal employees, and 34 of them hold a title of vice president or above.
