Arkansas Urology has broken ground on its new Arkansas Prostate Cancer Center.
The new 6,700-SF facility, which is a joint venture with AKSM/Oncology Inc., will be adjacent to Arkansas Urology's existing facility at 1300 Centerview Drive in Little Rock.
The building is projected to cost $3.3 million. The equipment for the center will total about $2.7 million. Arkansas Urology hopes to have the facility complete and operational by October or November.
