PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE Advertisements by the Arkansas State lice reminding us to buckle up. It will not only save lives--seat belts reduce the risk of fatal injury to front seat passengers by 45 percent--but money. Come June 30, driving without wearing a seat belt becomes a primary law. The first offense has a maximum fine of $25 and applies to all sitting in the front seat. You have been warned.
