A 3,982-SF home in the Shadowlawn neighborhood of Little Rock drew a $565,000 sale.

Robert W. Miller purchased the house from Anne Simpson and the J. Warren Simpson Revocable Trust. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a five-year loan of $119,750 from Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The residence was acquired for $264,000 in September 1990 from Todd and Robin Holt. The Holts bought the property for $88,000 in January 1987 from Adrienne Storey Cockrill and her husband, Sterling, and Frances Storey Mendler and her husband, Ernest.
