Distribution loan.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)(Brief article)
A Maumelle distribution center is backed with a $3.9 million mortgage. LR-Ark Property LLC, led by Edward and Steve Harmon and James Howell III, received the seven-year loan from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. The Fresenius Medical Care North America facility at 600 Sharkey Drive previously was tied to a September 2006 mortgage of $4 million held by Sky Bank of Toledo, Ohio. The 8.1-acre location was acquired for $890,000 in August 2006 from Burkhalter Leasing LLC, led by John Burkhalter.
