Vet financing.(Brief article)
A west Little Rock veterinarian clinic is financed with an $885,730 mortgage. William and Melissa Hale obtained the five-year loan from Regions Bank. The 0.6-acre Briarwood Animal Hospital location at 8422 Kanis Road was assembled in two buys totaling $70,200. The sellers were Marvin and Wanda Partain, $25,000 in April 1974, and Mary Southerland, $45,200 in August 1996.
