St. Joseph's Mercy Health System.(Business Briefs)

St. Joseph's Mercy Health System at Hot Springs will soon make six properties available for sale-leaseback transactions. The properties include five St. Joseph's Mercy Clinic sites and the 221 McAuley Court building that houses the Mercy Diabetes & Wound Center. The sale-leaseback transactions will have little to no impact on the clinic operations. The new owner will assume responsibility for the roof and structure, and St. Joseph's will continue to have control over all other physical components of the building.
