The story "Who Pays $1 Million (Plus) for a Home?" that appeared in the June 22 edition of Arkansas Business incorrectly listed the address of the home that David Snowden bought in 2008. The correct address is 25 Overlook Circle, Little Rock.

Exit Natural State Realty, which was ranked No. 46 on the June 22 list of the state's largest residential real estate agencies, is located at 1701 E. Beebe Capps Expressway in Searcy. Its phone number is (501) 279-9929, and its primary broker is Steve Shands. While the sales data used for ranking the agency was correct, other information about the agency was incorrect.

The Blackwell Team, led by Sherlyn Blackwell, at Fred Dacus Associates in Jonesboro, was omitted from the list of top-selling residential teams in Arkansas. Her team dollar volume totaled $10.17 million in 2008.
