Dickinson Wright.(Awards and Achievements)

Dickinson Wright member and Chairman, Dennis W. Archer, and Dickinson Wright member and President of the State Bar of Michigan, Edward H. Pappas, were named 2009 Leaders in the Law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Archer and Pappas will be honored as two of 25 leaders in the state's legal community at a luncheon on March 25, 2009 at the Detroit Marriott in Troy, Michigan. The 2009 Lawyer of the Year will be named during this luncheon. For the past 11 years, Michigan Lawyers Weekly's annual celebration of the state's most successful lawyers was called Lawyers of the Year. The change to Leaders in the Law recognizes the need to honor both legal success and qualities of character that make only a few stand out.
