Want a sweet little piece of Arkansas? Darrell Lainhart's beloved "Little Switzerland" is on the market.
Lainhart, loyal readers will recall, is the Sherwood man who rounded up millions of dollars worth of investments in a company called Clean Technology International Corp. He now has some seriously unhappy investors on his hands, although even the most disgruntled still believe that
CTIC's patented machine can produce enormous amounts of valuable nanocarbon spheres.
Now Lainhart and his wife, Irene, have listed 2,400 acres along the Garland and Hot Spring county line for sale "in large tracts only" for $2,400 per acre and up.
A 2,900-SF house on 7.6 acres is also listed for $350,000.
