Plastics purchase.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)


The sale of a 120,000-SF plant in Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.3 million.

Delta Plastics of the South LLC, led by Dhu and May Thompson, bought the 8801 Frazier Pike facility. The seller is Deceuninck North America LLC of Monroe, Ohio.

The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $6.75 million from IberiaBank of Monroe, La.

The 21.4-acre site, originally developed by Vinyl Building Products, was acquired for $856,000 in April 1995 from the city of Little Rock.
