Chimney Rock house.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)

A 6,510-SF home in Sherwood's Chimney Rock neighborhood is under new ownership after an $875,000 deal.

Chad and Kelly Baker purchased the house from Matthew and Amber Enderlin. The transaction is backed with a 15-year loan of $417,000 from Primary Capital Advisors of Atlanta.

The residence previously was used to help secure a July 2005 mortgage of $600,000 and a January 2008 mortgage of $350,000 held by Twin City Bank of North Little Rock.

The location was bought for $95,000 in December 2002 from Jedmatt LLC, led by Jed Matthews.
