A 3,600-SF home in west Little Rock's Pleasant Valley neighborhood sold for $520,000.

Larry and Janice Walther acquired the house from James and Linda Fasules. The deal is financed with a 15-year loan of $410,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The residence previously was tied to a January 2008 mortgage of $415,800 held by Centennial Bank of Little Rock and an April 2008 mortgage of $50,000 held by Regions Bank of Birmingham, Ala.

The property was purchased for $275,000 in October 1993 from Stuart and Diana Perry.
