River Market Condo.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)

A 1,658-SF condo in downtown Little Rock drew a $513,000 transaction.

Austin and Ann Grimes bought the sixth-floor space in the River Market Tower at 315 Rock St. The seller is River Market Tower LLC, led by Rett Tucker and Jimmy Moses.

The 1.2-acre development is funded with a May 2007 mortgage of $47.6 million and an October 2005 mortgage of $4.7 million held by Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The site on the east side of Rock Street between Third and Fourth streets was acquired more than three years ago as part of a nearly $5 million deal with the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System.
