Terraforma financing.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)
Commercial property in North Little Rock is backing a $2.48 million mortgage. Terraforma LLC, led by David Bruning and Doug Meyer, received the two-year loan from BancorpSouth Bank. The 2.53-acre Action Auto Rental site at 5620 Warden Road and the 2.47-acre Auto Master location at 5600 Warden Road previously were linked with an August 2001 mortgage of $900,000 held by Pinnacle Bank of Little Rock. The land was bought from the J.A. Faulkner estate as part of a $324,000 deal in January 1996.
