From June 18 of Last year to June 23 of this year, the Los Angeles Angels' Double-A farm team at Dickey-Stephens Park has been a woeful 30 games under .500 during the regular season. Yes, they somehow won the postseason Texas League championship last year. In between, however, they were 16 games in arrears during the second half of last season, after a .500 first half that shockingly still earned them a playoff spot, and were 28-42 for the 2009 first half. It's not like there's no talent on the team, either.
