Kellogg's cereals to get fiber boost.(Industry News)

Starting with some of its most popular children's products, Kellogg Company, Battle Creek, MI, intends to make nearly 80% of its ready-to-eat cereals in the U.S and Canada "good "to "excellent sources" of fiber by the end of 2010. The first cereals to be reformulated will be Kellogg's Froot Loops and Apple Jacks, which will appear on U.S. store shelves in August. The company's Frosted Mini-Wheats, Kellogg's Raisin Bran and All-Bran already constitute "good" sources of fiber.
