Ankeny, IA-based Embria Health Sciences has become the first company to take advantage of the "Certified Bioavailable Antioxidants Program" offered by NIS Labs, Klamath Falls, OR. This quality assurance program issues certification to companies for products that have undergone bioavailability testing in humans and met strict criteria using the CAP-e (Cell-based Antioxidant Protection in Erthrocytes) test.
