Weekly UpdatesKearny, NJ-based Pharmachem Laboratories has acquired Alix Technologies, Inc., which operates a 130,000 square foot facility near Dallas, IX, that has the resources and capabilities for processing and packaging functional beverages. Production includes bottling, hot fill (HTST) processing, cold fill (batch pasteurized) processing and turnkey formulations. Combined with the companies existing capabilities, Alix Technologies will be specifically designed to produce concentrated liquid nutrition, ready-to-drink syrups and slurries, energy drinks and super juice concentrates.
