The Bush administration's Secretary of Labor has her old job back. She has returned to the Heritage Foundation as a "distinguished fellow." When she was selected by President Bush to be Labor Secretary in 2001, Chao was in charge of the Heritage Foundation's Asian Studies Center Advisory Council. "We are delighted to welcome Elaine back home and have her counsel on critical policy issues once again," said Heritage president Ed Feulner.
