Who are the biggest recipients in this estimated $60 million transaction?

That would be Edward Sims, vice chairman of First Delta, nearly $41.5 million; and Jerry Sims, chairman and CEO, $15.2 million.

Between them, they control nearly 95 percent of the two-bank holding company.

And lest we forget, First Delta owns First National Bank of Blytheville and Bank of Trumann (Poinsett County).
