A ministorage project in southwest Little Rock changed hands in an $810,000 transaction.

Cobalt Capital & Consulting LLC, led by Ernest Harper Jr., bought the Security U-Stor-Lock at 7201 Interstate 30. The seller is M&L Investments Ltd., led by Lee Beasley.

The 2.5-acre development previously was tied to a September 2005 mortgage of $700,000 held by Bank of Little Rock.

M&L purchased the property for $860,000 nearly four years ago from Tisdale Properties & Development LLC, led by Tracy Tisdale.
