Southdale sale.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)(Brief article)
A small mobile home park in southwest Little Rock rang up a $548,000 sale. Southdale Estates LLC, led by Rebecca Tefas, acquired the 9103 Geyer Springs Road project from its namesake owner. The seller is Southdale LLC, led by Eldon Webb. Southdale LLC financed the deal with a 15-year loan of $448,000. Ownership of the 4.5-acre property dates back in the family to March 1942 when it was bought for $825 at a foreclosure sale.
