A 5,000-SF home in the Sezanne Court neighborhood of west Little Rock's Chenal Valley development drew a $625,000 transaction.

Jonathan and Shelly Blitz purchased the house from Coburn Construction LLC, led by Roger Coburn. The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $468,570 from Ing Bank of St. Cloud, Minn.

The residence previously was linked with a December 2007 mortgage of $120,000 held by Riverside Bank of Sparkman (Dallas County) and a February 2008 mortgage of $560,000 from Twin City Bank of North Little Rock.

Coburn Construction acquired the property for $121,000 in December 2007 from Donna and Columbus Brown IV.
