Heights residence.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)
A 3,305-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock is under new ownership after a $562,000 deal. Jonathon and Natalia Jensen acquired the house from Daniel and Lindsey Berardi. The transaction is backed with a 30-year loan of $561,563 from Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C. The residence was bought for $460,000 in July 2007 from Robert Bernard III and his wife, Leanne.
