Weekly UpdatesThe Utah State Bar named SCOTT H. MARTIN, a shareholder at Snow, Christensen & Martineau, as the 2009 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. Martin dedicated a significant portion of his legal practice to the pro-bono representation of a local non-profit group in a very detailed and complex insurance coverage case. He brought the case from its inception to a successful resolution on a widely briefed and argued summary judgment issue.
