Ogden City and the Utah Army National Guard appointed Assistant Chief of Police RANDY WATT to attend the U.S. Army War College resident course at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Chief Watt, one of 17 Army National Guard officers selected nationally to attend, reports to the War College in July, 2009 and upon his graduation in 2010 will return to his position with the Ogden Police Department.
