Finger Ribs are being marketed in Europe under the New Leaf brand produced by the Garrel, Germany-headquartered Eichkamp Group. Glazed with a smoky barbecue sauce, the juicy, pre-cooked baby back ribs are distributed in one-kilo bags containing 20 to 26 pieces. Made according to strict specifications from an authentic American recipe, the finger food item is being promoted in the hotel catering sector, as well as among bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other retail store operators. The company offers a number of other barbecue products, ranging from half racks of Smokehouse Ribs and full racks of Real Ribs to Ribsteaks and Chicken BBQ Steaks.
