Fox Ridge recovery.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)(Brief article)
A 5,527-SF home in west Pulaski County was recovered in a $753,672 foreclosure sale. JPMorgan Chase Bank of New York took ownership of the Fox Ridge Road house from Danny Teodorescu. The residence was tied to an April 2007 mortgage of $700,000 originated by Magnus Financial Corp. of Tucson, Ariz. Teodorescu acquired the house for $700,000 more than two years ago from Milton Smith.
