Courts home.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)
A 4,200-SF home in The Courts neighborhood of west Little Rock's Chenal Valley development drew a $580,000 transaction. Prudential Relocation Inc. of Scottsdale, Ariz., purchased the house from Lee and Dixie Waiters. The residence previously was linked with an August 2006 mortgage of $455,000 held by Wells Fargo Bank of Des Moines, Iowa. The Walters family bought the property for $605,000 nearly three years ago from Edwards Custom Homes Inc., led by Katherine Edwards.
